Chiatona sandy beach is about 17 km away, while Castellaneta Marina sandy beach is 34 km away. The town of Massafra, a municipality at the foot of Murgia, is 6 km away, while Taranto, also known as the "Land of the Dolphins", is 18 km away. Brindisi Airport can be reached in about an hour by car.

This farmhouse of the 1400s, beautifully renovated in 2017, is surrounded by about 170 hectares of land with vineyards, olive trees and dry stone walls. It consists of a central building arranged over two levels with rooms and the main facilities and a secondary unit, separated by an inner courtyard and built where the sheepfold was located, with rooms on the ground floor.

The complex includes a lobby, a reception, a bar, a bookshop, a tasting room, a meeting/ conference room, a terrace on the first floor of the main building equipped with tables and chairs, a cellar and an 18th century church.

Free Wi-Fi in the common areas and in all rooms and a free and unattended car park are also available.
