Facilities and services include elevator, outdoor pool, indoor pool, children pool, garden, parking, wireless Internet access (extra charge) and tennis court.

The apartments feature bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, kitchen, TV, telephone and terrace/balcony.

- Sofa bed for the 3rd/4th person.
- Cleaning takes place every 7 days, including changes of towels and linens, no kitchen or dish cleaning. No cleaning, change of towels/sheets for stays less than 7 nights.
- A deposit of ca. 150 Euro is to be paid locally upon arrival, which will be refunded accordingly at the end of the stay.

IMPORTANT: This complex do not have reception, Arrival key pick up/check in (and reception) at the offices "Inicio Vacaciones" from Monday to Friday; 10h to 13.30h and from 16h to 19.30h, Saturdays; from 10h to 13.30h (telephone: 0034 966112350) - situated at Avenida Europa, 8 (about 600 m from the hotel). If your arrival is outside these hours/Sundays please call emergency number prior to arrival (T: 00.34.610.119.601 or 00.34.661.492.283 ). If the hotel is not informed about late/early arrival, the hotel do not guaranty check in outside reception hours.

The accommodation is distributed in 2 different apartment buildings, depending on the availability clients can be allocated in any of the 2 buildings. Requests for allocation in specific buildings can´t be accepted.
