NOTE:
Start/End of Stay: Stays with free admission any day of the week
Minimum Stay Mandatory: Minimum stay 3 nights in all periods. Excluding period 03/8-24/8 minimum 5 nights.
Minimum Stay Rules: Stays with minimum stays in different periods are accepted.
Children 0/3 years: Optional cot rental € 10 per day to be paid locally.
Rental Bed linen / towels: Optional to be paid locally: bed € 10 per person per change, bathroom € 10 per person per change.
Final cleaning: Mandatory to be paid on the spot per apartment with sanitization € 70 per apartment at the end of the stay.
Beach Service: Excluding the possibility of rental on site affiliated establishment
Deposit €100 :refundable at the end of the stay
Pets: Small pets allowed € 50 to be paid locally
Parking: Free unattended in the various parking lots of the residences or in the street
Tourist tax: To be paid locally
