Paradise Palms Homes

Paradise Palms is one of Kissimmee’s newest and most modern villa communities, combining its perfect location with its full-service resort facilities and services. Highlights of the resort include the expansive swimming pool and its clubhouse, which is equipped with an impressive selection of communal facilities and recreational activities. Unquestionably one of the best-located gated resorts in the Kissimmee area, Paradise Palms is approx. 5-10 minutes from the entrance of Walt Disney World. Also in close proximity lies SeaWorld Orlando Resort, making this resort a very popular option in terms of its idyllic and convenient location.

Resort facilities here easily rival some of Orlando’s most popular hotels. After a day spent at the Orlando theme parks guests can head back and relax by the sizeable 5,000 square foot pool, equipped with a waterfall, slides, spa, separate kids’ pool and grotto. The focal point of Paradise Palms is undoubtedly the beautiful 9,500 square foot clubhouse, housing a 50-seat cinema, state-of-the-art fitness centre and a video games arcade for the children. Other sports facilities are available on-site, including lighted tennis courts, basketball courts and volleyball courts.

Homes at Paradise Palms Resort vary between 5 and 6 bedrooms, with a capacity to accommodate up to 12 guests. All homes feature a private screened pool with a covered Lanai to enjoy. Every home also contains a master suite with a king- or queen size bed and a television. There are also laundry facilities in every property.

Villa occupancy levels are as follows:
- 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people
- 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people

Gas pool heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. We recommend pool heating during the months of October – April.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day (capped at $126) by credit or debit card, at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
